LINDA NYAMEKO EBENEZER MSIKINYA ("MSIKINYA")
Msikinya is a founder member and the owner of the firm. He holds a B.Proc Degree from the University of Kwazulu - Natal (formerly known as the University of Durban - Westville). He served his articles of clerkship with the Legal Aid Board at Germiston, he acquired tremendous knowledge and practical experience in criminal litigation, civil litigation, family law, evictions, labour law and drafting of agreements.
Msikinya also had a stint at Motsile Attorneys in Kempton Park as a Professional Assistant ("PA"). At Motsile Attorneys Msikinya established a labour and a civil litigation department until he left to establish his own firm (Msikinya Attorneys) in 2006.
SIPHUMEZE SOBEKWA ("SOBEKWA")
Sobekwa is our latest recruit, he just started with our firm in October 2014. He served his articles of clerkship at Bouwer Cardona Incorporated and after completing his articles, he was admitted as an Attorneys of the Republic of South Africa and he was employed as such at Mukoma Attorneys. He has acquired knowledge and experience in Broadcasting law, labour law, commercial law, property law, criminal law, litigation and family law.
ADMINISTRATOR : SINDISILE JORDAAN ("SINDI")
Sindile (but prefers Sindi) is an Administrator at Msikinya Attorneys and Associates. The lady from Pretoria has a Diploma in Health and Safety from Oxbridge Academy, Cape Town. She is currently studying towards her LLB degree and a Diploma in Insolvency at the University of the North West and Pretoria University; respectively. She has ambitions of becoming a Candidate Attorney at the law firm. Besides sinking her teeth into the great law foundation at Msikinya Attorneys and Associates; she would like to specialise in Insolvency and Health & Safety law..
RECEPTIONIST : SAMANTHA MCKAY
Samantha McKay has been recently appointed as a receptionist at Msikinya Attorneys & Associates. The family-oriented and outdoor-loving mother of three, has joined the firm from Weltsman Group. She has experience in the legal industry, after having worked for Legal-On-Call.
COURIER MANAGER : MASHANGO NGOBENI
Mashango is the trustworthy, dedicated messenger at Msikinya Attorneys. He has been with the firm since 2013.
HOSPITALITY MANAGER: MRS ELISA NGALO
Mrs Ngalo has been with the firm since inception and is responsible for making sure that your visit to Msikinya Attorneys is an unforgettably pleasant one. She is always ready to provide clients with refreshments while they wait to see the attorneys.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER: MR ZAKHELE MKHIZE
Mr Mkhize, or affectionately known as Mkhize, is responsible for making sure that the Msikinya Attorney office is in a professional state. No screw is left loose with Mr Mkhize around and he is never without a smile or an update on current affairs
