• Debt Collection

  The firm has been approached by a number of clients for assistance in this area of law and we made a decision to accept these instructions, we further installed software that expedites the execution of every debt collection. This software has also assisted us after litigation for the benefit of our clients.

• Family Law

  The firm has successfully assisted clients regarding drafting of Ante Nuptial Agreements ("ANC"), assisted clients to get favourable orders in court, drafting settlement agreements and facilitated divorce tribunals with the family Advocate.

• Vetting Agreement

  We have also done a number of vetting of agreements on behalf of our clients and furnished them with astute interpretation thereof and before they can commit themselves to a binding agreement.

• Commercial Law

  Our Mr. Msikinya was selected by the Law Society of South Africa to participate in a Commercial Law Training offered by Irish Law Society held in Durban in 2007, in which he successfully completed such programme.

   

  Our Mr. Adonisi was also selected by the Law Society of South Africa to participate in an exchange programme with the Irish Law Society in Ireland in 2009. Mr. Adonisi further represented a Gauteng based radio station at the Competition Tribunal in 2007.

• Occupation Health & Safety (OHS), & Safety Health & Environment

  The firm recently established this area for compliance and monitoring on behalf of Municipalities in Mpumalanga Province.

• General Ligitation

  The firm also has acquired valuable experience in criminal and civil litigation in High Court, Magistrate's Court in the Republic of South Africa and High Court of Swaziland

• Forensic Investigation

  Conduct Legal forensic investigations for our clients. Perform and/or support internal structures of our clients units. Analyse, interpret the policies and regulations of our clients, and produce a Report. Perform all activities in a manner sufficient to meet the terms of reference following accepted protocols. Thereafter present technical findings to Members of Executive Council (MEC), Head of Departments (HOD), Chief Directors, Directors, managers and relevant stakeholders, act as a technical and/or expert witness in disciplinary hearings and in court cases when necessary.
